PLACE AN ORDER

Customers can order over the phone or online using the DON REY CIGAR website, www.donreycigar.com/orders.html . For orders by phone, please call our Sales Department at: (787) 241-8605, Monday thru Saturday from 9AM to 5PM (EST).  For online orders, please fill out the Online Order Form with the information required.  Customers must be 21 and over to order DON REY CIGAR products.

ORDER PROCESSING

For online orders, please allow 24 to 48 hours to process the requested order by the DON REY CIGAR Sales Department. As soon as the order is received and processed a DON REY CIGAR sales representative will contact the customer over the phone for order verification and approval.

PAYMENTS

For phone and online orders, a DON REY CIGAR sales representative will contact the customer by phone to process the credit card payment. The sales representative will verify the credit card number, credit card expiration date and security code. As soon as the credit card payment is processed and approved, the sales representative will send the customer the transaction receipt and process the order for shipping.

SHIPPING

For phone and online orders, a DON REY CIGAR sales representative will contact the customer by phone and explain the shipping method to be used. Most orders are sent via US Postal Services. For other shipping methods and postal carriers, please consult with the DON REY CIGAR sales representative.
